Pro Bono Services [2011-07-12] :
Norman A. Kinnier and the firm Fralin & Kinnier PC have agreed to represent The South Central Spay/Neuter Clinic, Inc. on a pro bono basis.  Kinnier and the firm regularly assist The Legal Aid Society by providing pro bono assistance to its clients.
Recent Continuing Legal Education [2011-06-25] :
   Norman A. Kinnier recently attended the Annual Virginia CLE Real Estate Seminar and received instruction in the latest developments in Virginia real estate law.
    In addition, he completed a six hour advanced course offered by the Office of the Virginia Supreme Court designed to train Guardians ad Litem in best practices for representing children before the courts.
